I work in the Department of Applied Physics at Universidade Estadual de Campinas as an Associated Professor. During my career I researched complex systems, where I worked at the interface between statistical physics and experimental results in electrochemistry, physical chemistry and atomic force microscopy.
In the last decade I organized teacher’s training programs, for elementary and high school of public schools. At the same time, I collaborated with assessment that allows access to Unicamp (Vestibular Unicamp), both in the preparation of the exams as to their analysis.
My experiences in education, evaluation and applied statistical leading me to create the Evaluation and Education Group, where are developing researches involving science curriculum, large scale examinations, an other aspects related to science education.
