Trabalhamos no desenvolvimento de t\u00e9cnicas de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de filmes finos para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea.&nbsp; Os principais materiais estudados s\u00e3o os semicondutores \u2013 amorfos (n\u00e3o- cristalinos) ou ent\u00e3o nanoestruturados.
