Master (1989) and PhD in Physics (1984), Postdoctoral at Harvard University, USA (1989 -1991), visiting professor at the University of Utah, USA (1998-1999) and visiting researcher at SCIRO Melbourne, Australia (2010-2011). Works in Condensed Matter Physics in the study of optoelectronic, structural and thermomechanical properties of amorphous and nanostructured materials for electronic and photovoltaic devices.
