Nos passeios aleat\u00f3rios cl\u00e1ssicos, o sistema caminhante evolui ao longo de um \u00fanico caminho, aleat\u00f3rio, enquanto, nos passeios qu\u00e2nticos, o sistema caminhante pode evoluir em uma superposi\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes caminhos, e sofrer efeitos de interfer\u00eancia. Passeios qu\u00e2nticos t\u00eam propriedades fundamentais muito interessantes e desempenham papel importante em uma variedade de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo computa\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00e2ntica e simula\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas qu\u00e2nticos.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h4>Professor Pawe\u0142 Kurzy\u0144ski:<\/h4>\n<p>O Prof. Pawe\u0142 Kurzy\u0144ski \u00e9 Mestre (2005), Doutor (2007), Livre-Docente (Habilitation, 2015), e Professor Titular (2024) em F\u00edsica, todos os t\u00edtulos obtidos na Adam Mickiewicz University em Pozna\u0144, na Pol\u00f4nia, onde atua como docente desde 2007. Desde 2010, atua como pesquisador visitante no Centre for Quantum Technologies, na National University of Singapore, em Singapura.<\/p>\n<p>Seus interesses de pesquisa incluem os fundamentos da teoria qu\u00e2ntica e a teoria qu\u00e2ntica da informa\u00e7\u00e3o (contextualidade, n\u00e3o-localidade, indistinguibilidade, emaranhamento, transi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00e2ntico-cl\u00e1ssica), e din\u00e2mica de sistemas qu\u00e2nticos (passeios qu\u00e2nticos, sincroniza\u00e7\u00e3o, sistemas qu\u00e2nticos abertos, aut\u00f4matos celulares qu\u00e2nticos). \u00c9 autor de mais de 70 artigos cient\u00edficos, muitos dos quais, particularmente, s\u00e3o importantes refer\u00eancias na \u00e1rea de passeios qu\u00e2nticos.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h4>O mini-curso:<\/h4>\n<p>The aim of this mini-course is to familiarise the audience with quantum walks, their relation to classical random walks, their relation to physical systems and their application in quantum information science.
