Medical Radialogical Physics Group

Our group was founded in 2013. It aims at the research on the  physics-medicine-biology interface. Specifically, we investigate on the use of ionizing radiations for both therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. There are currently two main research lines: the physics of X-ray diagnostic imaging, led by Prof. Alessandra Tomal, and Computational Radiobiology, headed by Prof. Mario A. Bernal. For more information, visit the pages of the Prof. Tomal and Prof. Bernal labs.
