The Materials Preparation and Characterization Laboratory (LPCM) specializes in creating and analyzing semiconductor materials and nanostructures.

We work with III-V semiconductor membranes made by the deterministic release and rearrangement of epitaxial heterostructures, molecular beam epitaxy, and self-assembled structures like quantum dots and local droplet etching.

We are always open for academic and industry-based collaborations in our area of expertise, like material characterization, microfabrication, and material and device simulation.
