The Device Research Laboratory (LPD) research is carried out through a 150 m2 area at the Applied Physics Department of the Gleb Wataghin Physics Institute. We also have our own 50 m2 clean room which complements Unicamp’s Center for Semiconductor Components & Nanotechnologies (CCSNano)
